Hello! On this page i will do my best to explain how you should use Who/Whom. (I think the word whom seems kind of old fashioned too.) Today in our world we mostly speak slang and the true form of English has died out in a way. Anyways a simple way to describe the way you should use the two,is to use who/whoever as subjective pronouns, and to use whom/whomever as objective pronouns.
Example: "I smacked the man whom i thought was annoying. The man is an object in the sentence. I am the subject. This shows correct useage of whom.
Example #2:"The man who slapped Bob is in trouble." "The man" is the subject in the sentence. The word "who" was used as a subjective pronoun. This shows correct usage of who.
Tip: If you are not sure on which version is the correct one,you can replace the words "he/him" or "she/her" where who/whom would be.
You may have to rearrange some of the words but it still works pretty good.

Something to look forward to once you understand the usage of who/whom better.
